Mr. Spyridon Kokkolis is a non-executive member of the Board. He is Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategic Procurement for Non-Ferrous Metals and Energy at Viohalco, a leading industrial group active in metals manufacturing and processing. In his current role, he is responsible for commodities hedging and investor relationships, and oversees the procurement of all non-ferrous metals and energy.

Mr. Kokkolis has a strong background in finance, metals markets and corporate strategy, with significant experience in the aluminium and copper value chains. He holds a degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has previously served as CFO of Halcor and ElvalHalcor.
