Mr. Andreas Mavroudis is a Non-executive member of the Board and Senior Executive in the aluminium industry and Vice President / Member of the Board of Directors in several industrial companies within the Viohalco Group, including ELKEME S.A., ELVIOK S.A., Sofia Med S.A., UEHEM, Bridgnorth and NedZink. He joined the group in 1989 and he has held key leadership positions at ELVAL S.A., including Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager and Director of Technology, Quality, Innovation & Sustainability.

He has extensive expertise in aluminium, copper and zink rolling, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable industrial development. He holds an MPhil and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University, he is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Manager (UMS GmbH), and he has attended management and leadership programs in INSEAD and IMD business schools.
