For our Commercial Department, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant (Back Office) to support our international sales operations and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.

In this role, you will support the Sales Managers in the day-to-day coordination of customer orders, documentation, and export activities while working closely with customers, agents and internal departments. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient order processing, and the timely execution of commercial activities in a dynamic international environment. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate sales administration, export documentation, and office-related activities.
  • Maintain active communication with customers, agents, freight forwarders, banks, and internal departments.
  • Create, process, and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely execution.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • University degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
