To strengthen our team, we are looking to hire a:
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, and participate in all scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities related to production equipment;
- Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of all machines, facilities, and equipment under their responsibility;
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment;
- Implement new maintenance-related solutions and improvements;
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of the objectives set for the team;
- Prepare and oversee the proper execution of the annual maintenance budget;
- Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for production equipment;
- Maintain communication with external companies contracted for maintenance and repair activities;
- Work in strict compliance with health and safety requirements;
- Create shift schedules for subordinate employees and monitor their adherence.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education – Mechanical Engineering;
- Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
- Good knowledge of ISO, DIN, and ANSI standards;
- Very good command of the English language;
- Previous relevant experience is considered an advantage;
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
