RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Preparation of management reports, financial analyses and business performance commentaries.
- Analyses revenues, costs, margins, product profitability and performance by customers, products and business areas.
- Analysis of variances versus budget, forecast and prior periods, including identification of key business drivers and trends
- Participation in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses, business cases and support for management decision-making.
- Contribute to monitoring and analysis of CAPEX projects, investment proposals and post-investment reviews.
- Support initiatives related to working capital, inventories, materials flow and process efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, controlling, FP&A, audit, corporate finance or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis or investment analysis.
- Very good Excel skills; experience with SAP, Power BI or other ERP/BI systems.
- Good command of English.
