MECHANICAL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, organize, and participate in all scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities related to production equipment;
  • Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of all machines, facilities, and equipment under their responsibility;
  • Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment;
  • Implement new maintenance-related solutions and improvements;
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of the objectives set for the team;
  • Prepare and oversee the proper execution of the annual maintenance budget;
  • Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for production equipment;
  • Maintain communication with external companies contracted for maintenance and repair activities;
  • Work in strict compliance with health and safety requirements;
  • Create shift schedules for subordinate employees and monitor their adherence.

  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

For our team in the IT department we are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior System Administrator to support our factory’s critical IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our network systems, servers, and user support services, playing a key part in minimizing downtime and maintaining business continuity. You will be responsible for managing IT projects, providing hands-on support to users on-site, and helping to maintain the security and performance of our systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a strong sense of responsibility and a practical approach to problem-solving.

You will report to: IT Infrastructure Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide on-site support for hardware and software, resolving issues, fulfilling user requests, and delivering technical assistance;
  • Monitor system performance and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality;
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues;
  • Manage and maintain network systems, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and servers;
  • Support additional IT-related operations as needed;
  • Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals;
  • Lead and mentor junior IT staff, fostering skill development and performance improvement.

Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, MS Office 365, Windows Servers, Hyper-V);
  • Experience with IT administrative tools and network infrastructure;
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects;
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, malware removal).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology.

Accounting manager

Main responsibilities:


  • Closing & Accounting
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing
  • Review accounting postings, reconciliations and balance sheet positions
  • Monitor accruals, provisions and year-end adjustments
  • Oversee VAT, VIES and Intrastat reporting
  • Support audits and inspections by external parties and authorities
  • Follow legislative changes and participate in their implementation.


Team, Processes & Projects:


  • Lead, support and develop the accounting team
  • Maintain the accounting closing calendar and coordinate responsibilities across departments
  • Act as main coordination point between Accounting, Shared Service Center and other business functions
  • Prioritize accounting-related topics together with the Finance team
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes, controls and reporting
  • Support SAP/ERP activities and finance-related projects.


Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and Bulgarian tax legislation (VAT & Corporate Tax)
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience, including team supervision
  • Experience with statutory closing and audits
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Very good command of English.
